What is your price per square foot?

Each house will be different.  B.L. Rieke provides the customer with more than square feet.  From the moment you cross the threshold, you’ll be greeted with detailed aesthetics, warm finishes and a specifically honed canvas to do with as you wish.  It’s comfort incarnate.  While other companies may provide you with a bare space, you get the attention you deserve at B.L. Rieke in addition to the square feet.

Do you have any additional elevations?

Customers have a choice between 3 or 4 elevations along with a wide palette of colors to peruse for the personalization of their home.

How do you handle your warranties?

At B.L. Rieke, we offer a 10-year limited warranty that includes a 10-year structural warranty; a two-year warranty on electrical components, heating or cooling systems, and plumbing; and a one-year warranty for all other components of the home. All elements of the warranty are reviewed with the homeowner at the time of the walk-through.

Are you flexible with changes?

Changes are embraced at B.L. Rieke because our chief concern is that the customer is happy with their home. 

Do you build custom homes?

Building custom homes is what B.L. Rieke does best.  We communicate with the customer throughout the entire process to ensure we are accommodating them with the specifications they want.
