What We Believe
When asked what he believed to be the most important element to building a new home, Bruce L. Rieke readily replied, "Communication, communication, communication." An unwavering dedication to open communication is a key strategy for his residential building company, B.L. Rieke and Associates, Inc.
"Whether you're married or building a home, if you don't communicate within the relationship, it doesn't work," says Bruce. "If someone calls our office during business hours, Monday through Friday, they're going to get a return call quickly." This type of communication is something B.L. Rieke and his team of employees strive for daily. It is the simple process of returning all phone calls and responding as quickly as possible to their customers' needs. The company established numerous ways to communicate within its network - from mobile phones, to pagers, to a two-way radio system to state-of-the-art software and computer systems in order to make its staff readily accessible.
This precise system allows for prompt response to all customers' needs and assures that clients' wishes are followed during the building of their new homes. Since becoming involved in the home-building industry at an early age, Bruce L. Rieke has made it his goal to produce distinctive, high-quality homes. He has drawn considerable support from his family in meeting that goal; his wife, Antonia, performs a variety of roles in the business, ranging from accounting to professionally decorating the company's model homes. The company's dedicated and innovative approach to home building has resulted in some of the highest-quality custom homes in the Johnson County area and has earned B.L. Rieke & Associates, Inc. many awards and recognitions throughout the years.
Bruce L. Rieke is an active participant of the Home Builders Association of Kansas City, the Kansas Area Council, the National Association of Home Builders, and numerous community affairs projects. B.L. Rieke & Associates, Inc., has also been certified a Graduate Master Builder by the National Association of Home Builders.
